CrossFit Apex will be hosting the Reebok CrossFit Games OPEN Sectional WOD 11.5 on this Saturday 4.23.11. All CrossFitters are welcome. All normally scheduled classes will be cancelled due to this event. All Apex and non Apex athletes are welcome to join in the fun. There will be a $20 fee cash/check to any non Apex athlete participating in this week's Open WOD. Please email crossfitapex@yahoo.com to reserve your spot.

8-8:30AM - Volunteers arrive
9:00AM - Registration begins
9:00AM - Judges arrive
9:30AM - Welcome announcements
10:00AM - First heat kicks off

Heats will be made upon registration/arrival at the door on Saturday.
